But if you'd like a simpler way to get started, you can use one of my convenient service packages. I'm introducing two new package prices. They will make it easier, and less expensive, for you to use the web. ** ** Website Starter Package: $300 ** It doesn't take a blank check to start a new website. And you don't need to start from a blank screen. With the Starter Package you can select from one of my page templates and color schemes, and your customers can be visiting your new website less than two weeks from today. Package Includes: o 90 minute design meeting to lay-out your new site, and select its initial content. o Creation of your website's main page, plus up to six other pages. o One round of changes after initial proofing. Submit your change instructions via phone, or email. o 90 minute follow-up meeting to plan future uses of your site. o Note: Customer is responsible for webhosting and domain name registration costs. Approx $66 for the first year. ** ** Content Creation Service: $75/month ** The Number One Best Way to generate visitor traffic to your site, is to have it always changing, with new and updated content. Package Includes: o I will call you twice a week, for a 10-minute "interview", to determine changes, and new content, for your site. o I'll ghost-write the new material, and post it on your site. o You can review new content, and make changes, before posting. ** ** My standard hourly rate: $45 ** (Discounted block rates also available.) Website Design & Usability Guru, Jakob Nielsen says, "Homepages are the most valuable real estate in the world. Each year, companies and individuals funnel millions of dollars through a space that's not even a square foot in size. "For good reason. A homepage's impact on a companyÕs bottom line is far greater than simple measures of e-commerce revenues: The homepage is your company's face to the world. Increasingly, potential customers will look at your company's online presence before doing business with you -- regardless of whether they plan to close the actual sale online."
